Has the name "Super Saiyan 1" (超サイヤ人1) been used in official sources besides video games and the Dragon Ball GT: Perfect File databooks? Any of those Super Dragon Ball Heroes anniversary guidebooks, or Shueisha's Jump magazines?
I've seen that "Super Saiyan" (超サイヤ人) is the primary name of the first Super Saiyan form and is seemingly always used in supplemental material as well as by the characters in the manga series, TV series, and movies. Even in the GT anime series, whose Perfect File databooks primarily use "Super Saiyan 1," the characters never said "Super Saiyan 1." Incidentally, this is similar to the usage of "Super Saiyan Grade I" (超サイヤ人第一段階), which is only used in the Super Saiyan guide featured in the anime comic version of the Trunks TV special, as far as I know.
