How many points of BP do characters obtain through training now?

How many points of BP do characters obtain through training now?

I mean, even if Goku did light training for 30 minutes, wouldn't he add like thousands of points onto his PL given that his base form is in like the trillions? Would it be higher or lower than that? Or do characters increase their PLs by percentages through training rather than individual little numbers each day? Where are they at now???
