I have a BGM that's nonreleased, it's in a good quality, except there's talking throughout the bgm, but its good since there's no noise or anything going on. I want to ask, does anyone know how to take the voices of talking in the bgm, I mean I know it's possible, because I heard it gets filtered, but I don't know how to filter, can anyone help me out?

Try Goldwave or Audacity. It may or may not work.
