I notice that you used dialogue from the manga in the explanation of the plothole. Is it possible that the lines were changed for the Animé to try and get around the issue?

I watched the scene in question; it's almost exactly the same, except that one line of Kame-Sennin's is given to Yajirobei, with slightly different wording (since he's more... dense than the Old-Timer). Goku doesn't say his bit about getting there in six days, either, but because of that, I didn't include it in the dialogue (it would have gone at the very end, just before he calls Kinto-Un).
