One rumor I hear was that offscreen Dende apparently upgraded the Dragon Balls again allowing them to grant 3 wishes. Now I know this hasn't happened in Z and unless it happened in GT, it cn't be true.

Actually, that's not a rumor Supersonic. I didn't realize it myself until I bought the DVD's, but in the Boo saga they did say that Shen Long could now grant 3 wishes, presumably because Dende "powered-up" the DragonBalls in the seven years between saga's.

I never heard them say that in my Buu saga dvds. If so, why did he only grant two wishes though.

This newest suggestion was inspired by a seemingly never-ending attempt to explain DBZ to my parents, the misconception that I'm speaking of is...

Freeza's final transformation isn't a body suit!

I couldn't believe people actually believed that Freeza was able to transform with clothes/grab a body suit in the middle of transforming. Yet I've heard other people believe this as well, it might make a good addition.

In my opinion, GT doesn't deserve to have any of its rumors reported because knowing GT's logic most of them would be true.

A rumor I have is old as dirt. I think this rumor has been surfaced on the face of the Earth since the dub was released. But, I have to let the public know:

There are no "extra" swears in the original Japanese episodes.

DragonBall Z has as much swears as Seinfeld. Basically, an afternoon or a late-night sitcom. To be really honest, the only time that there was anything remotely close to the "F bomb" would be when Pikuhan was swearing at the Janemba bubble things.

Then, right beofre Cell was about to get smoked by the Shunken Idou Kamehameha he shouted "Holy-!" and got cut off by a mouthfull of ki.

You got a great idea Mike D; to this date, a lot of "old-school" fan-subbies will swear that DBZ used every swear word in existence.

Um, this isn't a new rumor.. But wasn't it clarified on the board that Videl stated her mother died, at least in the manga? Sooo.. shouldn't the Videl's mother rumor be adjusted? ^^;

Shouldn't "unsubstantiated" be replaced with False now? Videl said her mother is dead, but Piza is very much alive and well. She poses with Mr. Satan after he "defeats" 18.

I notice that you used dialogue from the manga in the explanation of the plothole. Is it possible that the lines were changed for the Animé to try and get around the issue?
