Dubbing Question...
I remember when Pioneer(I think) finally starting dubbing DB and DBZ. I think it started with Worlds Strongest or whatever. I really fell in love with those voices and i enjoyed them all the way up to furiza saga.
The question is:
Why was it so hard to keep that original dub cast??
I remember when they finally started released the tapes after the end of furiza sage how disappointed i was with the dubbing.
Not like it matters 10+ years later, but WTF!?!@?

Re: Dubbing Question...
You're going to catch hell calling it the Pioneer dub, I call it that too but the proper name would be Saban. As for your question Saban lost there funding therefore there ability to dub so a new company had to take over (AKA Funimation).

Yep. Way back on Episode #0009 we went over the history of the series in North America. It may be tough going back to some of our earlier episodes in terms of audio quality, but it's available to you if you wish to reference it. The page linked earlier does a decent job, though, too.NeptuneKai wrote:Pardon me Mr.EX ( I would be more formal and type out your last name but sadly I don't really know how to spell it).Isn't there an old podcast on this subject too?
