I loved the Zarbon and Radditz what if stories in Neo. I love it when they give little known characters more to do. I'll think up some I'd like to see later but for now I'd like to hear who you guys would like to hear more from.
Also, I never played the first game in the series. Which what if's did they have in the first Sparking?

There were tons of little battles instead of stories. Like all of the major villans fighting the major heroes (you being the villans).
Then there was a Mirai Trunks vs SSJ4 Gogeta...
Frieza 100% vs Koola...
Frieza beats Goku...
Cell beats everyone and fights Super 17...
Buu beats everyone...
Bardock vs Goku...
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. I thought the NEO ones were more indepth, but here's a list of what I'd like to see:
Majin Piccolo Saga:
1 - Starts with Vegeta getting turned to stone instead of Piccolo.
2 - Assume everything goes the same with Piccolo instead of Vegeta.
3 - SSJ2 Gohan vs Majin Piccolo
4 - Goku and Supreme Kaio vs Babidi and Dabura
5 - Piccolo kills Gohan, Buu is released before Goku could kill him, Dabura defeated.
6 - Piccolo goes on a rampage, but in the meantime Goku takes on Buu.
7 - Goten, Videl and Trunks fight Piccolo on their way to fight Buu
8 - Vegeta and Kuririn arrive on the scene to help out a battered and torn Goku. (SSJ2 Goku and SSJ Vegeta along with Kuririn vs Fat Buu and Babidi)
9 - Trunks dies, Goten and Videl escape almost killed.
10 - Seeing his opening, Babidi takes over Vegeta, whom is promptly teleported away with Goku and Kuririn.
11 - Majin Piccolo arrives on the scene to fight Goku. Seeing no other choice, Goku goes SSJ3 and fights both Vegeta and Piccolo.
12 - Gohan begins training with Kibito with the Z Sword.
13 - Goku manages to KO Piccolo and Vegeta, taking them both to the lookout to be clensed with the sacred water by Dende.
14 - Goten and Videl arrive at the look out, Vegeta awakes to discover his son has been killed.
15 - Vegeta goes to stall Buu while Goku goes to look for the Dragon Radar. Gohan begins to learn the fusion dance.
16 - Broli awakes from his decade long slumber.
17 - Goku returns to the next dimension after getting the Dragon Radar to Goten, who promptly begins searching for the DragonBalls.
18 - Vegeta returns to the Lookout. Piccolo awakens, and he tells Dende to gether the Namekian DragonBalls to wish Goku and Trunks back.
19 - Tenshinhan and Chaoutzu find Broli and get their asses handed to them.
20 - Yamcha gets Bulma, Chi-Chi, 18, Marron, and the rest of the crew to the Look Out. Tenshinhan and Chaoutzu are found by Goten, who returns them to the Look Out.
21 - Kuririn, Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Chautzu, Kuririn, and 18 all train in the RoSaT.
22 - Buu meets Broli, and many people die in the process. Broli gets Majin'ed.
23 - Goku and Gohan break the Z Sword. Gohan gets his new shiznit.
24 - The Namekian DragonBalls are gathered. Dende wishes for all of those to be killed in the Son family to be returned to life. Goku and Gohan promptly return to the Lookout. Goku comes with a pair of trinkets we all know and love.
25 - Goku and Vegeta both sense a very familiar energy...
26 - Goku, Gohan and Vegeta head for Broli. Goten finds a funny man named Hoi with a musical box. He sets out for the DragonBalls.
27 - Seeing that the triplet of heroes is givving Buu and Broli a run for their money, Babidi orders Buu to absorb Broli. Bruuli is born.
28 - Getting their asses kicked, Goku and Gohan fuse (via dance) into Gokhan.
29 - Shenlong is summoned, Vegeta senses this and rushes off to bring Trunks back to life.
30 - Tapion is released from the music box via Shenlong, and a crying Vegeta arrives on the scene. Hirudegarn is released, Yamcha, Kuririn, and 18 arrive to assist Vegeta.
31 - Vegeta sacrifices himself to kill Hirudegarn (sucessfully). Soon after, many dead folk keep coming back to life for some unknown reason.
32 - Bruuli gets his ass kicked, and the fusion runs out. Vegeta faces Janemba alone.
33 - Janemba and Vegeta arrive on Earth. Bruuli sees his chance and absorbs them both. Gohan and Goku use the dance once more.
34 - Tenshinhan arrives to assist Gokhan. They use the potara earings to fuse AGAIN OMG.
34 - Tenkuhan faces the strongest Buu. He unpurposefully gets absorbed.
35 - Goku, Gohan, and Tenshinhan fight Broli and Janemba inside of Buu's stomach. Janemba is killed, sending Vegeta back to the afterlife with him.
36 - In one all out attack, Broli is slowed down and lured outside of Buu (along with Fat Buu).
37 - Super Buu turns to Kid Buu as Broli, Goku, Gohan, and Tenshinhan continue to fight.
38 - Kid Buu fight Broli, Gohan and Goku interfere, killing Buu.
39 - Goten arrives on the scene along with Kuririn, 18, and Chautzu.
40 - An all out battle ensues, Vegeta returns from the dead with another pair of potara earings.
41 - Goku and Gohan fuse, Gokhan and Vegeta fuse via potara earings. Gojito is born.
42 - Gojito defeats Broli. Babidi is killed in the cross fire.
43 - The last wishes on the Namekian DragonBalls allow Gojito to be split and for Trunks to be wished back to life.
44 - Vegeta trains in the afterlife.
45 - 10 Years later, Goku fights Vegeta instead of Uub.
END SAGA.

Alright had some time to think about it. Here's some "What-If's" I'd like to see. If not these particular "what if's" then just something using these characters.
-What if Bardock survived (An obvious one)
-What if Vegetto stayed fused
-What if Gohan had caught the potara
-What if Zangya survived and joined the Z-warriors ( Ala #18 )
-What if Bulma and or Lunch trained with Goku and Kuririn. (Yeah I know this would require all new characters and would probably never happen) In a similar vein I'd like to see what would happen if Bra had trained as well.

Wow Tullece that was well thought out. I always wondered what a double fusion would look like. And would a fusion dance character fused with a regular character via potara still split after half an hour? Would one of the two fusion dancers stay fused with the regular guy because of the earrings?

I would like to see a 'what-if' that further elaborates on what was started way back in Budokai 1 when Vegeta turns Super Saiya-jin after defeating Goku, Kuririn, and Gohan during his visit to Earth.
Another one that might be interesting is a scenario that involves Piccolo succeeding where his father did not in defeating Goku and becoming the "King of the World."

Return of the Evil King
- Instead of siding with Goku to defeat Raditz, Piccolo shows up to help Raditz defeat Goku.
- After they take out Goku they proceed to wipe out the other Z Fighters and Piccolo tells Raditz about the Dragonballs.
- Raditz decides he's tired of taking orders from Vegeta and they gather they DBs and he wishes for immorality but sine Shenron says he can't do that he gets eternal youth instead. (We'll ignore that Garlic Jr.'s gotten it before cause it's cheap.)
- Vegeta overhears Raditz statement about turning on him, and Piccolo's explanation of the Dragonballs. He and Nappa head to Earth while the two warriors prepare for them.
- Piccolo and Raditz defeat Nappa and barely defeat Vegeta, the battle leaves all three in bad shape and Vegeta escapes.
- While on Earth Vegeta makes the connection between Piccolo, tha Nameks, and the Dragonballs and, as in the show, Freeza overhears this.
- Knowing that Vegeta will go to Namek after the DBs there Raditz and Piccolo take Piccolo's old ship to Namek to intercept him, not knowing that Freeza's there.
- Raditz and Piccolo manage to collect a few othe DBs intending to attempt to wish for immortality in the hopes Parunga can at least grant this wish. Vegeta arrives.
- Raditz, Piccolo, and Vegeta meet up outside of Guru's house, all there for the same DB, when Piccolo senses the arrival of the Ginyu Force and the three decide to join forces.
- Beaten by Recoome the three are captured and placed into regen tanks so Freeza can force them to reveal the location of the DBs they've claimed and hidden.
- Meanwhile Recoome finds Guru's place and defeats Nail before taking the Dragonball there.
- Piccolo recovers much faster than expected thanks to his Namekian regeneration ability and escapes. He senses a waning power and investigates and finds the injured Nail. Nail, not realizing he's one of the bad guys, agrees to fuse with him.
- During this time Vegeta and Raditz both recover and launch a join suprise attack on Freeza hoping to catch him unprepared and kill him. Finding the two Saiya-jins more than a match for his first form Freeza transforms.
- Piccolo arrives and overpowers 2nd form Freeza making him transform again.
- Together the three warriors manage to overpower even 3rd form Freeza and he transforms once more.
- Realizing he can't win against Freeza something snaps inside Vegeta and he transforms into a Super Saiya-jin.

What if Goku and Freeza had died on Namek and the Namekian Dragonball's didn't allow multiple revivals?

As for Mr. Satan gaining some special power... I had a dream not too long ago that involved... well, it seemed to be an extension of a plotline that's been going on since fall of last year (which is in turn an extension of a plotline that started during the start of season3 in 1999), but as the storyline events came to a close, there was a scene where someone mentioned to me a fanfic that someone had written, and we then get several scenes from said fanfic...
The jist of it was that Mr. Satan had found some powersource (I want to think it was a ring, but not sure) that not only gave him crazy abilities, but screwed with his mind. So he stands on a ship just outside of a harbor, surrounded by escorting warships (...?), and uses this power to telekinetically grab Pan out of a boat she was using to go meet Chichi and Bulma in some other city... and apparently Satan had plans to go after Gohan and Videl next.
Not actiony, but your post made me think of it... psycho-powerful Satan could be an interesting what-if indeed...
