No clue; I think he did it as a request, but there was no explination to go along with the picture. My guess is that the villian is the same race as Majin Boo.

Pandora's stuff is amazing. Another good artist is Kabu. You can find his/her work on Dragonball Arena.

<Kaboom> I'm just glad that he now sounds more like Invader Zim than Rita Repulsa
<Xyex> Original Freeza never sounded like a chick to me.
<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.

My favorite artists on DeviantArt are two really good Dragonballers.

Kamikaze_666 has some damn good Vegeta fan art! She keeps the original DBZ style for most of her pics, but sometimes alters it slightly to fit the mood.

A few personal faves:

And a realistic looking Vegeta:

Well since others are tootin' their own horn, it won't hurt if I do the same
These are supposed to be descendants of the Z Senshi.

Loto

Bardock

1) Bardock must die.

2) Bardock must die painfully.

3) Bardock must die slowly.

4) Bardock looks like Chrono from Chrono Trigger, only with Nappa's mustache.

5) How would the Z ppl's 00ber descendents know a Saiyan name like Bardock?

6) Krillin the 18th's name sucks, but the character sketch is phenominal.

lol I guess u didnt like Bardock. Well these are characters from a cartoon I'm developing and the idea was to sneak in as many AT refferences as possible. Since he did the character designs for Chrono Trigger, I though it'd be nice to slide a CT refference but I guess not. I really didn't know what to call him so Bardock seemed like an alright name. Again, guess not...

So to change the subject, what did you think of Loto?

Where did the name Loto come from? The sketch is alright; looks like Trunks with boobs basically.

Bardock is a horrible design, IMO. It really looks like an older Chrono who decided to take facial hair tips from Hulk Hogan.

Not a fan of the Krillin the 18th's name, but that design is far and away your best.

the name Loto is from the Dragon Quest series. In it the hero Edrick is called Loto in Japan (or Roto depending on the translation). Yeah Loto's character design is pretty basic. Its Trunks with Pan's face. She is supposed to be their descendant (I'm assuming, like so many, that they hooked up).

Well that's 2 strikes against Bardock. I guess its back to the drawing board. Well anywho since I'm getting some decent feedback here, this is another character design for my cartoon that I was messing with. Its a portara fusion between Freeza and Cell. The Xs indicate areas that are going to be completely black. Please, ridicule him all you can! :P

I found out, I can't remember where it was, I think on Deviant Art, but it was one of Vegeta from the scene of him in the rain. Just a fantastic piece of art.

And ridicule him I shall! But only at the concept. The artwork's pretty good, but think: Why would Cell ever accept to fuse w/anybody, and why would Freeza? Especially Cell though! He'd just absorb the other guy's strength! That way he's still himself and as powerful as the fusion.

Here are the first 6 pages of my fanmanga, Dragonball Omega. I took the timeline of Toriyama's very seriously, so by Omega's standpoint, everything in DB/Z/GT took place over a thousand years ago. I used a "Tower of Babel" kind of plot device, so Japan (which is what I'm saying the map of 'Earth' really was... sorry about that) used the Dragonballs one last time to wish away all their technology which was ruining their lives and any memories before. Goku retreated into the heavens with the Dragonballs and lived with Dende after Popo passed away.

The only characters from the original series that are still alive are Goku (looks the same as in Z), Dende (resembles somewhere between Kami and Saichoro/Guru), and Roshi (looks exactly the same). Goku won't do barely ANY fighting in Omega. Yes, I have reasons believable reasons for why he'll be pretty idle.

There is a corresponding fanfiction I'm working that should be read in conjunction with the fanmanga to get the whole story, but the fanfiction will be summarized in flashbacks throughout the manga for those who don't care to read it.

It reads right to left.

I'm not sure if I'll be putting this on DeviantArt or not.

~Enjoy!

It's best to leave it at that -- most of that artist's DB work (as far as I know) is hentai, and that's something we're not going to be linking to here. :? If you're still curious, get someone to PM you or something -- but by no means will anyone be posting a direct link to their site on this board.

Do I make myself clear? :)
