The music [OP's ED's and BGM's] as well as Goku being turned into a little kid. There are many things I like about GT, but those are my favorites.

Those are my two things and aside from a couple other ending songs that's pretty much it

Edit: Oh, also the final montage/look back on the entire series. Just can't go leaving that out...even though I forgot about it and already neglected to mention it

If we're allowed three things, Vegeta being an asshole after turning Oozaru. Dude blows up the surrounding countryside and puts the squeeze on Goku, then is all "lol, you morons. like I'd be overwhelmed by this" and then jumps to SSJ4 like it ain't no thang.

The Dragon Balls being the final villains of the series (this gave some meaning to Elder Kai's speech in the Buu Saga).

The episode with Goku and Co. transporting everyone to Planet Plant. I liked all of the cameos (King Dog!).

Omega Shenron's character design, and GT toys over all.... Historically, GT figures always have the best sculpts! Just look at the Super Battle Collection - some of the Z characters looks like articulated, (barely) potatoes, then look at the GT figures in that same series... Huge difference in quality overall!

The only thing I don't like is the plotholes.

If I had to choose two, it would of course be the phenomenal music and the ending.
