That DBZ box looks pretty cool!
Id love to get hold of them images of the boxart!
Someones making the Dragonbox dvd set for me , though its 52 discs and it cost $200.
Does anyone here think I'm getting ripped off?

Do they own the set and are just ripping it for you? If so then no youre not getting ripped off. It would cost a whole lot more to buy the darn thing.

Yes, you are getting ripped off....

But, that's just my opinion. You might as well be buying the Chinese bootlegs, at least they have (crappy) subtitles with them. XD

I'd say you're getting ripped off with any dragon box considering the early episodes are coming soon and everything else is subbed locally on DVD.

Not being able to understand whats being said would suck if I paid any amont of money for it.

Wait I forgot to mention , the quality is exactly the same as the dvds he had (the original).
Thats then spread across 52 dvds (3 episodes per dvd).

Oh yeah he is also putting in english subtitles for me , hopefully they are acurate.

Appart from this being completely illegal... you dont get subs, you won't get the "Dragonbooks" and the Goku figure, Piccolo figure or Tenka-ichi Budokai diorama...

And I think it's BS that he's adding subs himself... you know how much work that is!? I say just save your $200 and buy the FUNi DVD's... they are awesome, legal and great subs.

Dude, just buy the R1 Funimation discs... -_-

Most can be found for next to nothing. Last time I checked, dvdrs don't look very good in a display case or dvd shelf. Besides, If you're going to spend 200 dollars, don't do it on an inferior product. While the R1 vs Dragon Box argument is debatable, DVDRs are inferior to both....

For the love of all things Kami, this is Daizenshuu E-fuckin'-X. Can we not have conversations about direct bootlegging of entire near-thousand-dollar DVD boxsets?

Get a god damn clue. You. Fucking. Dipshits. Everyone.

Yes, this is an irate Mike.
