The following policies and guidelines are statements issued by Kanzenshuu that have varying scope and power.

Signature Policy
A user signature is required on all communication pages whenever a contribution is made. This allows other users to see who has written the post and when it was originally posted. Signatures can be added to posts by adding four tilde (~) in a row or by clicking the signature button in the editor. All custom user signatures must be properly maintained and not become too excessive in length, preferably not exceeding two lines. Custom signatures can be created under the "User profile" tab of your Preferences page.
Guidelines
Style Manual
Users should make every effort to follow the established Kanzenshuu style manual. Any major deviations will be reversed, unless approved or deemed necessary under the circumstances by an administrator. If a question arises concerning a style standard not discussed in the style manual, it should be addressed on the relevant article talk page.

Talk Page Guidelines
Talk pages are reserved for discussions concerning Wiki-related matters only, such as issues, contents, improvements, and/or problems. Any topics related to either the main website or forum should be discussed in their respective locations. All posts on talk pages must be signed. Users are only allowed to edit their own and are forbidden from editing other user's posts.
