Hiromi Tsuru (29 March 1960 – 16 November 2017) was a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Hokkaidō, Japan and raised in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She was affiliated with Aoni Production and was most known for voicing the character of Bulma.
