Hiromi Tsuru (born 29 March 1960, deceased 16 November 2017) was a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Hokkaidō, Japan and raised in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She was affiliated with Aoni Production at the time of her death and was most known for voicing the character of Bulma.
