Fan Art

Yūya Takahashi contributed key animation to the climax of the heavily promoted one-hour special broadcast of Dragon Ball Super episodes 109-110 on 08 October 2017, and he stepped into the animation supervisor role a few weeks later with episode 114, broadcast on 05 November 2017. In August 2017, as these episodes were under production, he began posting Dragon Ball fan art on Twitter, including a series of Son Goku sketches in advance of the special and a sketch of Goku with Caulifla and Kale, each wearing a Potara earring, in advance of episode 114. He continued to post fanart regularly as he gained notoriety in the Dragon Ball fandom. Below is a selection of this work with citations to the original Twitter source.
