Ryūsei Nakao (born 05 February 1954) is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and singer born in Tokyo, Japan. His real name is Tomoharu Takeo (竹尾 智晴), and has also previously worked under the name Tomoharu Minamiya (南谷 智晴). He is currently affiliated with 81 Produce and provides the voices for Tambourine, Coola, and most notably, Freeza.
