Ken Ōtsuka served as a key animator on Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F', Dragon Ball Super, and Dragon Ball Super: Broly. Many of his scenes are available on Sakugabooru, a website dedicated to documenting the highlights of the industry's greatest animators.
