Hikaru Midorikawa (born 02 May 1968) is a Japanese voice actor from Otawara, Japan. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production and is most notably known for providing the voices of Artificial Human No. 16, Paikuhan, and — following the passing of Hirotaka Suzuoki, and beginning with the Dragon Ball Kai "refreshed" television series — Tenshinhan.
