Kenji Utsumi (born 26 August 1937, deceased 13 June 2013) was a Japanese actor and voice actor from Kitakyūshū, Japan. His wife, Michiko Nomura, is also a voice actor. He was affiliated with the self-founded Ken Production at the time of his death and is most notably known for having provided the voices of Senbei Norimaki, Shenlong, the Announcer, Commander Red, and Reacoom.
