Artificial Human No. 16 is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball universe by Akira Toriyama. While initially an antagonist, No. 16 becomes an ally in the fight against Cell. Unlike most characters in the series, his death in Dragon Ball Chapter 407 was never reversed. Unlike his companions, No. 17 and No. 18, No. 16 was a fully mechanical creation.
Biography
A brief biography of the character. Its length should be relative to the character's involvement in the series, but brevity and conciseness is still expected.
Name
Like all of the other Artificial Humans, Doctor Gero gave No. 16 a numeric name to represent his place in the development timeline. Toriyama's idea for numbered robots may have originated in Dr. Slump Chapter 67 with Dr. Mashirito and his numbered Caramel Man creations.[2] Like Doctor Gero, Mashirito's robots were also intended for world conquest.

When appropriate, a description of the character's production, including who initially designed the character (if an anime original character), notes about their design or conception, etc.
Notable Skills
A list or description of notable skills or techniques. Video game techniques should be separated from those used in the series proper.
