Red Ribbon Army Headquarters
| Commander Red (レッド総帥) Japanese VA: Kenji Utsumi The short and temperamental leader of his namesake army, known notoriously as the most evil army in the world. | Assistant Black (ブラック参謀) Japanese VA: Masaharu Satō He is the number two man of the Red Ribbon Army, and is Commander Red's assistant. However, after learning that Red's true ambition wasn't to conquer the world, he kills him. Commander Red can't believe someone like Silver could be defeated by a mere kid, and has him executed. |
| Silver's Subordinate (シルバーの部下) Japanese VA: Kōzō Shioya He is a soldier in the Silver Corps, and is sent by Colonel Silver to search for one of the Dragon Balls along with his comrade. When Goku shows up and immediately finds the Six-Star Ball, he tries to take it from Goku by force, but is sent flying with a kick. After Goku flies off, he radios in and reports the incident to Colonel Silver, who then prepares to take on Goku himself. |
| Silver's Subordinate (シルバーの部下) Japanese VA: Ryōichi Tanaka Along with his comrade, he is sent by Colonel Silver to find a Dragon Ball in a remote region. White Corps
| General White (ホワイト将軍) Japanese VA: Tesshō Genda The Red Ribbon Army general in charge of Muscle Tower. In order to find the Dragon Ball located somewhere around Jingle Village, he took the village mayor hostage to force the villagers to search for the Dragon Ball. When Goku came to free the mayor, he used a handy trap door to drop him down into Buyon's lair, but Goku managed to defeat the monster. White then threatened to shoot the mayor, and used his Powered Gun to injure Goku. But before he could finish Goku off, No. 8 intervened and sent him flying off into the distance. |
| Sergeant Metallic (メタリック軍曹) Japanese VA: Shin Aomori As a powerful robot in the Red Ribbon Army, he is tasked by General White with protecting the third floor of Muscle Tower in Jingle Village. He faces off against Goku, and even after having his head blown off by a Kamehameha, he keeps fighting. However, he eventually loses when his battery runs out. |
| Master Sergeant Murasaki (ムラサキ曹長) Japanese VA: Takeshi Aono Although he is a high-ranking member of the Red Ribbon Army, he is one of the world's most idiotic ninjas. He acts as the second-in-command at Muscle Tower and fights Goku on the tower's third floor, but is quickly outmatched. Even calling in his brothers as reinforcements doesn't help much, so he brings out his secret weapon, Artificial Human No. 8. Unfortunately, No. 8 turns out to be very kindhearted and doesn't listen to his commands. Murasaki then tries to blow No. 8 up for his insubordination, but Goku intervenes and knocks him out for good. |
| Murasaki's Siblings (ムラサキの兄弟) Japanese VA: Takeshi Aono Murasaki is actually one in a set of quintuplets, and he uses his four identical brothers to imitate the fabled ninja skill of splitting into multiple people. Each of his brothers holds a different weapon, but like Murasaki himself, none of them are a match for Goku. |
| Buyon (ブヨン) Japanese VA: ??? brief description |
Blue Corps
| General Blue (ブルー将軍) Japanese VA: Toshio Furukawa Leader of the Blue Corps and a narcissistic homosexual, he is responsible for searching in the vicinity of Kame House for the Dragon Balls. He later escorts a comrade outside and kills him under Blue's orders, who caught him picking his nose. |
| Blue's Subordinate (ブルーの部下) Japanese VA: Unknown A radio operator in the Blue Corps of the Red Ribbon Army. He is caught by General Blue picking his nose, which is something Blue finds absolutely filthy. Blue tells the others to take care of him, and he is dragged outside to be shot. |
Yellow Corps
| Colonel Yellow (イエロー大佐) Japanese VA: Daisuke Gōri A tiger charged with finding the Dragon Ball located in the Karin Holy Land. | Yellow's Subordinate (イエローの部下) Japanese VA: Unknown One of Colonel Yellow's men, he helps out in Yellow's attempt to steal Bora's Dragon Ball. He shoots Bora with a machine gun, but Bora is immune to mere bullets, and promptly punches his lights out. |

| General Copper (カッパー将軍)
A general in the Red Ribbon Army, he was supposed to receive the stolen Dragon Radar after Colonel Violet had finished using it to find the Five-Star Ball. An unseen member of the Red Ribbon Army who is presumably leader of the Brown Corps, and is merely mentioned in passing in the manga. When sending out his subordinates, Colonel Silver notes that the Brown Corps had already found a Dragon Ball the day before them. |

After Goku wiped out the Red Ribbon Army, the doctor removed the explosive device within Hatchan, so that he might live peacefully with the mayor. |
