A Power Radar, in the Dragon Ball story by Akira Toriyama, is a device used to detect ki remotely. It was one of the additional components developed for Artificial Human 16 by Dr. Gero, but not included in subsequent models. Unlike a scouter, a power radar appears to have a very long range as it was able to detect the battle between Cell and Piccolo from hundreds of miles away.[1]
