Hiromi Tsuru (born 29 March 1960) is a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Hokkaidō, Japan and raised in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is currently affiliated with Aoni Production and provides the voice for Bulma.
