Like- Aaaaaw he's so damn adoreable I just wanna feed him candy and listen to him coo.

. If I recall correctly, Bulma had to do some extra convincing to make them consider turning on Freeza... they apparently didn't know what a Dragonball was until she explained it.

... and they do seem somewhat easily deceived. Crab-owned?

Dr. Raichi

Likes: A surviving Tsufuru, always interesting, has the strongest thirst for vengeance against the Saiyans in the entire series, in my opinion. Built a super ultra computer moved by sheer hatred against Saiyans, that said computer creates Hatchiak, which could arguably have been the first Machine Mutant. Is killed by Vegeta in a funny way. Might also be defeated by a scroll, which is possibly the most bullshit way to defeat a villain in Dragon Ball.

Dislikes: Spends the whole time inside a bubble shouting abuse at the Saiyans, this is funny, but kinda useless.

Likes: Random believable-scale early DB-like villain in the general vacinity of Mt. Paozu? Yay! Almost gives off a "The Shire after LotR" feeling (never mind that the Shire was sacked by previously established characters...). I almost wonder if Yao hasn't effectively taken the place of the likes of Gyu-mao; his name is known kinda far from Mt. Paozu.

Dislikes: Um... I dunno. His reputation wasn't expanded on quite the way Gyu-mao's was, but I guess it kinda works...

Likes: Harkens back to Fairytales; she's like the villain from Hansel and Grettel, with a knife and a transformation, and makes Goku Jr pee his pants... and seems to exert a bit of authority over some of her fellow demon-ish monster-folk.

Dislikes: ... She's just the quentessential Fairytale witch. Hm.

In the Japanese version, this characters name is Shira (シーラ), which isn't too far off of "Sheela", which I believe is actually what FUNimation used. I know "Sheila" is what the DB Wikia uses.

Anyway, here's a screen shot from GT episode 004. The one on the left is "Sheila" and the one on the right is "Gale", who is originally credited as Geru (ゲール).

So you're saying he's not really a character in the series, but you're still counting him anyway? I'd say Piririn doesn't count at all, but maybe that's just me.

Since I haven't done a character in a while, and since he has not been mentioned yet, I choose:

<=Dr. Myuu=>

Likes: He was actually pretty smart compared to Dr. Gero. Plus, he creates an interesting villain in the series that has in my opinion the second best arc in GT (next to the Black Star Dragon Ball arc).

Dislikes: Like Dr. Gero, he succumbs to Super 17. Then, just like Dr. Gero, creation kills creator. Simply put, he overestimated his creation.

In conclusion, we learn that if you create a powerful robot or android bent on world/universal domination, you should never create him more powerful than yourself.
