Yay for living a second away from DC! Now all I need is some poor little kid to drag along with me so I don't look like an idiot.

I love how all the CA theaters are 2-6 hours away from me. :x

Does FUNi not know how popular DBZ is in southern CA? Kyle Hebert lives here!

:x Aw, fuck! The closest one to me is fucking Atlanta, which is four hours away from me! Son of a bitch!

Anyway, I guess I shouldn't be suprised. The only thing people know about Kentucky is it's where KFC's from...

Closest one to the Sacramento area is San Francisco...

Good thing I don't care! :D

Although you'd think with something like this they'd kinda go all out. 10 theaters for the whole country? Why even bother?

[act like a baby="The Mole"] Why, why, why not Tennessee?!? There are a lot of DB fans that live in TN! *bangs head on keyboard then erases all the mistakes caused by this*......I feel like taking a big dump to get rid of this anger. [/act like a baby]
Even I became a loser when I made one of these...

 Is the damn FUNi logo big enough? Shit, man. I really don't care about seeing it at the movies anyway, it comes out on DVD eleven days later...

They better be fucking kidding. Of all places not to show it anywhere in New York. Are they really fucking nuts? :x

Not to attack you or anything Tanooki, but can you please provide the source of this information. I want to be completely sure of this before I go fucking crazy.

Wow, I was hoping to see it too. Damn...that sucks.

That movie poster...wow, they really want to know "FUNIMATION MADE THIS! ALL HAIL FUNI!" pretty bluntly, don't they?

It's this sort of seemingly half hearted attempt at things that almost makes it not worth it. Still, you can't blame them for being cautious. Parents aren't going to be very eager to flock their children to a theater to watch something they won't be remotely interested in themselves. And beyond that, I'm not sure how many actual fans, other than the die-hards, that will want to see this. This isn't Disney we're talking about; it's Japanese anime. However, you'd think that if they expanded the coverage area a little bit, that they would get better results, as in those that were moderately interested, but aren't now because gas would be more expensive then the ticket is. Something tells me they feel like they're gambling. . .

Anyway, the closet one to me is about four hours. Bummer drag.
Best. Slip 'n' slide. EVER!

Oh man, yea sorry about that. Funny story...my friend was telling me this information was given to those who subscribed to the "Prime Animation Newsletter" so I go to FUNimation.com and look all over for this, then I find a link to subscribe cause now Iam just curious. Turns out you really don't need to subscribe, someone who already gets these email can just give you the link provided in the email given to subscribers...like so...

http://newsletter.funimation.com/

So yea, it was kinda hidden away in the darkest corner on the FUNimation website. Kinda stupid huh.
