What we mean by "canonical coloring" is 'are the colors here, colors that we can say really are how these things are colored'. Like how we don't say that before Vegeta and Nappa came to Earth their uniforms were colored the same as in the anime, because the anime colors are not "Toriyama certified". For me at least, colors can only be canon when they are done by Toriyama, or someone under his supervision, or with his blessing.Travis Touchdown wrote:What exactly is canon coloring? Kid Goku's first gi has been either blue or orange.
I'll do it as soon as I can, but I'm extremely busy these days with finals and football; but in case anyone wants to do it sooner, here's the free software I use.DNA wrote:I would do it myself if I could, but unfortunately I can't even install stuff on my pc. I love the new colours, I would cream my pants if they did this to all the manga. I really don't think the other colours are anything special, but that's my opinion, what do I know.JulieYBM wrote:Well, that's a little tedius. One would need to hit Print screen and edit around the actual Manga ('cause you can't copy it out of the browser).SSJ2bardock wrote:Can somebody mirror these... please.
I hope someone is nice enough to spare sometime and share this with everyone who doesn't have the browser thing.
@ JulieYBM: This software lets you take screen captures of only the area and shape you want, so you can eliminate the tedious cropping; and it's a little higher resolution than your standard print-screen.
No, currently they're only doing this for Dragonball, Medaka Box and Akaboshi. But maybe in the future...Joey Batz wrote:They wouldn't be doing the same for One Piece, would they?
