Actually, yes. Tambourine's spiky "mohawk" is available as a head option, as are horns and such. And if I'm not mistaken, wings are possible ...

I'm starting to doubt is Broly because of the neck, but maybe It's a new costume for him (who knows, with Dragon Ball Heroes these days).

Broli could very well be a possibility. It doesn't really look buff enough for his LSS form (and there was no LSS transformation skill in the data mine, though that doesn't mean they couldn't have added one), but If you zoom in, you can see earrings in the black space around his nose.
