My guess is:
- Beerus: 6 episodes
- Freeza: 6 episodes
- Universe 6: 7 episodes
- Goku Black: 8 episodes
- Tournament of Power: 13 episodes

Around 40 episodes, maybe with a break between Goku Black and Tournament of Power or smaller breaks (12 weeks total) between each “season”. I think DBS Broly ...

Considering how it seems Toriyama was involved in this, and he decided to add SS3 Vegeta and SS4 in Daima as well as defusing Shin, it would be great if this new Super followed it, tying everything up nicely.

Fact is, why would Toriyama not connect Daima to Super, if not because he saw the opportunity to start from fresh and continue his story in a way that satisfied him more?

It’s not a mystery he was disappointed with Super’s quality. So it makes sense for him to disregard it entirely.

Daima shares too many details with Super stuff for me to think Toriyama completely erased it from his mind. Not just the big stuff like the cosmology but even little details such as Bulma's obsession with cosmetics.

What exactly is Super Saiyan 4? If Goku already knew how to do it, what did Neva actually do? If not, was he training to create some new form, but then Neva's ...

The part of my brain that loves to neatly categorize things is displeased by this finale that leaves so many things unexplained.

But the much larger part of my brain that loves that it just ended so open-endedly is very pleased.

Daima was a good time. Definitely the best Dragonball has looked on ...

Yeah there’s a canon. At this point it sadly is not that important regarding discussions, considering how every story from now on will not really be canonical.

But it’s clear Toriyama got so dissatisfied with Super that he took the chance to re-start the official continuation to his manga with ...

The events of Super’s movies all follow from Battle of Gods which is obviously no longer canon, in the form we saw. Making everything which is set thereafter no longer canonical either.

Naturally they could always reboot Super to make sense of Daima and finally establish a single version of it. But ...

The canon is the author’s story. Of course the fact that something is not canon doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist or makes it worse or better.

It’s just a statement. Maybe meaningless, now that Toriyama will no longer be writing future stories.

We can speculate as to why Toriyama decided to make a new continuation to his manga that undoes Super. Maybe he was that dissatisfied with Super or maybe Akio Iyoku convinced him? Who knows.

Great episode and ending to a fantastic show.

I was just a little disappointed for the anticlimactic ending, but it made sense in the context of a low stakes serie, where the real story was about the Demon Realm itself and not about the main villain.

And I’m sorry to ruin the party for Super’s ...

That came so far out of left field that I burst out laughing, rewound to make sure I didn't misread it, and then made me forgive the last 6 episodes for being just boring action scenes ad infinitum.

I dare say this one gag has made all of Daima super ...

Awesome episode once again.

I loved Vegeta’s gag and his Super Saiyan 3.

Characterization was top notch as was art and animation (the final sequence was mind blowing).

I can now say that, despite some boring fillerish episodes here and there, Daima has been fantastic and exactly what, I think, DB ...

This episode was amazing. Very well written, animated, and storyboarded. I liked Glorio’s final struggle even though it was clear he was going to wish them back to being adults.
