Personally I would like to think either the universe is just that vast (Babidi and Dabura hadn't been on Earth for hundreds of years since their last visit) and Babidi just didn't know about Freeza, or there wasn't even a point as he already had Dabura who was implied to have been as strong as Cell.

Some stuff I've collected over the years:

DBZ anime was at episode 100 on the day I was born where Gohan fights Freeza after Goku seemingly dies, where as the day before the manga was at chapter 334 where Goku meets Future Trunks. I'm old.

If you invert the colors of SSJB, you get a similar shade of Goku Black's pink, and if you invert the pink hair you get something close to SSJB. So I'm assuming this SSJP is just SSJB inverted lol.

Definitely do not mind if the Super manga gets behind, I enjoy the story of the series either way.
