Yes and No. Super's best was better than Z's best. Super's worst however was far worse than Z's worse. Z was more consistent overall.

With that being said, Goku vs Jiren might be the best fight in entire Dragon Ball.

Dragon Ball has no end goal, the show can practically continue forever. DB is all about enjoying the adventure. If you feel you're getting tired of the DB characters, trying watching another show

Super's ratings aren't declining alone, all others are declining too. Nothing to do with Super itself. TV is dying in Japan

But does it have to die so fast during DBS' lifetime ? Also, we don't know how successful streaming sites are in Japan to say how TV is being replaced.

Jiren is far more heroic than Goku could ever be, he's the closest to Superman in Dragon Ball. It will be completely out of character for Jiren to do something so stupid. Not even Frieza is that dumb, and he's as evil as it gets.

I know we got to see all 12 universes and a bunch of new characters, but we already know what would happen at EoZ. Universe 7 isn't getting erased, or even if it is they will come back with any asspull necessary. The other universes will possibly also be restored with Super Dragon Ball.
