Just finished re-watching Dragon Ball Super's Future Trunks Arc, and i have to say it started so good that it left me a little bit disappointed with its conclusion.

One line caught my attention, and it is from Whis .
He's talking to Trunks about dealing with the Zamasu that still exists in the ...

I might be in the minority, but...it looks a bit messy to me and not so smooth.

Transitioning from heavy CG (& pretty much 0 shading on the models) to Takashi-esque kind of shading in the closeups feels weird.

CG looks like Fighter Z.

I fear that the looks of it will be inconsistent.

But hey ...

I can't take this seriously. :problem:
It's so "Rushed" that it feels like an extended cutscene with a voiceover.

But maybe you have not to take it seriously. It's just a promotional thing. You just have to take it as it is.

The only good thing, it looks actually nice.

Obviously, it was super short so it felt a little bit like a Trailer more than a episode. But i liked what i saw.

Super started slow, but from the Champa arc onwards it was a constant uprising in quality, animation, music & fights.

Goku Black/Future Trunks arc alone is better than the entire GT.

While very slow-paced in the initial phase, those two Arcs (Black & Tournament of Power ...

What i loved about this episode is that it doesn't feel like an ending at all.

More like a beginning of something even bigger.

It's been a blast, those years. Thank you Toei Animation & all the guys involved.

I have a feeling that we'll see this new enemy appearing in sunday's Dragon ball Super's Finale

Would make sense, to let the hype go ultra even more.

The style looks indeed Dragon Ball-esque (first serie).
Want to see more of it before judging, it looks very different.

Do you think we'll see that kind of style even in the new (hypotetical) 2019 or 2020 serie?
