I wouldn't say that. Remember, Bardock was originally non-canon as he was just a filler character in a manga panel in DBZ. That being said Towa could be introduced in Super at some point, but not Mira though.

I don't think Mira will be in the series even if they introduce the Demon Realm, though I could see Towa being there. Mira is from the faaaar future but I could see a younger Towa playing a role if they go into the Demon Realm.

You could even kickstart it by Towa trying to get revenge on Boo for ...

A mixture of both. Towa, but an Angel Version and is slightly weaker than Zeno.
