Just let Vegeta do the thing. I don't care who kills Moro. Just make sure he doesn't get the chance to pull another ultimate phase so we can end this arc. Moro doesn't need another form, this should be his final stage.

Maybe Moro trained for his magic...or he stole it. We can't tell because Moro never states this and his backstory doesn't give it. Maybe he learned it, maybe he stole it(given how Moro is I'd say he stole it but until confirmed otherwise it's up in the air).

I think they need better writers in general, like this arc is painful. Like why are they writing Goku like he has the IQ of Kid Buu? Just defuse Moro and end him immediately so we can leave. Nonsensical power ups for Moro, angelic sacrifice that accomplishes little if anything and wasn't written ...

I'm going to say this; saying "this is just how Goku is" is a complete failure of writing and an attempt to keep Goku as a static, unchanging character. Retreading the same ground again and again and again. The end of the RoF arc covered this. It was meant to teach Goku the lesson of what happens ...

Defusing Moro from the planet is probably not gonna be as easy as it sounds. It'll likely require Vegeta to hit the points where Moro's body actually is(like his face or something) and we know that's gonna be a massive pain given how Moro can go anywhere he wants now that he's the planet.
