All of the characters in XV from the series exist in this nebulous frozen in time zone of their lives. It shouldn't be any surprise that it's her.

Dragon Ball pretty much dropped the cartoony style when it did become more serious and martial arts focused though

I don't think the Granolah Arc has anything to add here because TUI seems to be an improved version of Sign. If TUI were just good old UI Sign, then you'd basically be saying 73 Moro is stronger than Gas, Granolah and UE Vegeta.

All of them for the DBS anime if you go by the base Goku scaling. If not, then I'd say he can probably handle SPC, but definitely caps off at SS3 tiers.
