Many have made this argument already but it bears repeating: Dragon Ball was a success because of itself. Countries have dubbed it respectfully, badly, HORRIBLY, its been aired censored, uncut, remastered, digitally destroyed visually. Dragon Ball was going to be a hit. Always. Not that translations ...

TV is dead, and streaming is king now... But it is a TRAGEDY that YTV doesnt get more credit. I know they only were a Canadian channel, but it was them that helped Sailor Moon survive for more seasons and nurtured DB in Canada. They were hugely into anime, perhaps even more than the USA.

God, I hate Fight It Out. The Japanese version is unbearable but its much more tolerable dubbed.

I think it will just be the Dragon Boxes. Not too bad but not too good either. Its Japan so they wont be giving them deliberately awful masters but they wont put effort either.

I kept trying to read "Don Ramon" "Mr Ramon" or even "Ramon-san" but it says Ramon Valdez.
