6月15日からは、『ドラゴンボール』『ドラゴンボールZ』『ドラゴンボールGT』『ドラゴンボール改』が配信される。主人公の孫悟空を中心に、少年期の冒険からサイヤ人編以降のバトル、さらにその後の物語まで一気に楽しむことができる。
In English:
Starting June 15th, "Dragon Ball," "Dragon Ball Z," "Dragon Ball GT," and "Dragon Ball Kai" will be available for streaming. You can enjoy the entire story, from the adventures of the protagonist Son Goku in his youth to the battles after the Saiyan Saga, and even the subsequent story, all in one go.

I think it will just be the Dragon Boxes. Not too bad but not too good either. Its Japan so they wont be giving them deliberately awful masters but they wont put effort either.

I would be SHOCKED if we get new transfers. lol
This year is 40th anniversary of anime, so it's still possible.
...I'm still waiting for Blu-ray with proper HD remaster (VERY wishful thinking).

Didn't Toei create new transfers for the films when they brought them to streaming services? I imagine they still have the raw film transfers they gave to Funimation to make their anniversary blurays, so they could possibly use that. I won't hold my breath on this one though, and am expecting dragon box videos with possible upscaling at best, like they used for recent TV broadcasts
