Of course a speck or spot is "blatant" when you watch the footage for every imperfection, then splice out individual frames of video to prove how much of an expert you are. I noticed a little dirt in the first few episodes that subsequently went away in the later ones, and the big "tear" you posted ...

I've seen most of the set now; the first few episodes have a bit of dirt and grain that was noticeable, but the later episodes are more cleaned up.

But - there's really no pleasing anyone who singles out frames of video and looks for a hair or a speck, is there?

I have the set, and I've watched quite a bit of footage.

Packaging - it's better in person. The box is shiny; the orange isn't too great but otherwise the case is quite nice. The booklet is a little wonky, but at least we finally have one! The DVDs are placed in three sections, with 2 discs on each ...
