Dutch fan here. We had most of the Android and Cell arcs in the Westwood dub. We did have most of the Freeza and I believe Garlic Jr arcs in Funimation. I don't remember exactly where the switch happened though, but I do know it went through the Cell Games.

Personally I would find bringing back Cell pretty dumb. Cause it's not gonna be Cell. It's gonna be another character altogether. I just wonder what kind of sense it would make for Cell to be there at all? He has some history with Gohan, but other than that they fought... there's really nothing ...
