Kind of what they did with the Jump Super Anime Tour special. If I recall correctly, those subs did have a few small problems but weren't just plain awful like some of the speed-subs can be.

Edit: Except for the random filler scene of Tenshinhan using it on Piccolo Daimao and hitting Drum (and still missing), and then Tenshinhan practicing it. So I guess it's basically if it works, you die.
