It seems entirely possible for me that with the head start they have (3 first arcs well on their way) and only 2 arcs to deal with after that (for those that were originally aired), they could have been like "we can stop a little and focus on Moro for a while to make sure - with all hands on deck ...

I would say a One Piece / Dragon Ball movie would be a given, and it surprises me that they haven't done it yet in decades.
I mean, when a One Piece movie gets released, there's a lot of audience.

If they do alternate, it sounds like a Capcom strategy with the Resident Evil series: focus on enhancing/remaking an existing bit, then on a new arc/follow-up game, then back to enhancing/remaking another existing bit, then back to a new arc/follow-up game, etc.

And those Daima transformations are not part of the Z versions for the same reason that the Super transformations are not part of it either: they don't want different series to get "tainted" by other series, they even want to be faithful to the point that they don't want arc-related ...

Since this is an enhanced edition rather than a completely new anime, I wonder how far they'll go with extra presentation, aside from what we've seen with the redrawing when needed and new scenes.
