I'd argue Vegeta's arc was already complete with his sacrifice and willingly dooming himself to Hell to fix his own screw up. I wish it stuck.

Too many to count, and it's not all even. I watched what I had access to. I don't know how many times I watched the Ocean dub episodes, and I likely watched those 2 Captain Ginyu tapes over and over as I was just happy to have Dragon Ball Z back.

I enjoy the TV version of Battle of Gods. I like the expanded material. I could watch Beerus and Whis all day, so stopping the fight to have Beerus and Goku talk is something I find enjoyable. Better than cutaways to whatever Chichi was doing.

I haven't read any of the lore books and don't recall what Toriyama might have said on the subject, but I find the idea of Super Saiyan levels being necessary to reach the next level more interesting than the base having no upper limit and each transformation being a bigger and bigger multiplier.
