What's Better

Post by Ex-Dubbie369 » Thu Jan 04, 2007 4:26 pm

What sets would be better to get, the hit song collection or the complete song collection? I would look for the daizenshuu set, but that's near impossible to find.

I would go for the Complete Song Collections. There are twenty of the Hit Song Collections, and only four of the CSCs. Plus, they're relatively cheap online, so getting four of them is cheaper than getting 20 of the HSTs.

Plus, the HSTs have HEAD-CHA-LA and WE GOTTA POWER on every single disc. :P

The CSCs don't have as many of the songs as the HSTs, especially in the way of image songs and in-character songs, but it has most of the main stuff that you're probably looking for.

Plus the Complete Song Collections, have ALL of the songs that were on the Hit Song Collections if I'm not mistaken.
Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

Yeah, they do. The only image songs that aren't included are the ones from Dragonball, on Disc 1 from the Daizenshuu set. You could use Celga to get it off Yahoo Japan, though.

They also don't have the instrumental pieces that were on Hit Collection 7 however.

Yeah, there's only one piece by Monolith on there. Darn it...

That's exactly what I thought when the sets first came out and I looked through the track listings.
