I personally wonder if there's anyone in Universe 6 anywhere near as strong as Goku or Vegeta. I find it hard to believe that there's Gods just running around that universe.

Whis will probably force them to wear those suits during the tournament, but I could be wrong.

If Goku and Vegeta exist, why can't there be people as strong as them in U6? We don't know what happened there. Goku and Vegeta are Gods and they're running around their universe. Freeza was too. Universe 6 may even have Kaioshins that are stronger than Champa and Vados.

Goku and Vegeta only got that strong because of their encounter with Beerus. Champa seems to be significantly weaker than Beerus, and not much of a fighter. I doubt he would get involved with that sort of stuff.

I guess there would have to be prodigies like Frieza around for them to be any kind of challenge to Goku and Vegeta.

So, it seems that Female Whis (apparently named Vados) is probably stronger than Whis since she was the one that trained Whis. So, I guess we have a new top dog in the hierarchy of power.

While this group DB translations sometimes are full of F-bombs, they did a good job this time. Most of things, they got it right.
The most impressive thing is their scans quality. Always top notch. You hardly beat that.

For some reason, I really love the the formula to find out which universes are twins. Its always cool when these things have some thought behind.

The fact that they went through so much trouble to say "there's only one twin universe for Uni 7 and the rest are unrelated" makes me think we'll get to see an alt Gokû and Vegeta. :3

I dunno the fact that Champa and Vados aren't alt. versions of Beerus and Whis makes me think not. I feel like U6 is structured the same way as U7 but the people etc will be very different.

I'm still really hoping our new characters aren't just new versions of our existing characters. That just seems too...easy. It's fine for a fan work, but not something I'd really want to see in an official capacity.

I'd be fine if they're just clear parallels of our existing characters, in some way, though. Like, if they're similar in some ways, like how Beerus and Whis are to Champa and Vados. But to flat out be 'alternate Goku' or 'alternate Vegeta', just seems...I'unno. It's not something I'm really clamoring to see.

I'm hoping to see a flashback/ explanation of the war that took place on universe 6's Earth. Maybe Goku's twin was successful in destroying the planet? I doubt it, though. There are too many possibilities!

If that had happened, U6 Freeza would have made that Earth a base of operations, but Vados says it's devoid of life. It was probably some kind of civil war among the humans themselves.

I think the twin Universes information will be important. Maybe setting up for a joint effort from Universe 6 and 7, in fighting off a villain from another one. I don't think Vados and Champa are true villains. The attackers might want something that there's only in our twin-verses (like the Dragon Balls).

I don't know just spouting theories. The information just doesn't feel like a throwaway line.

I think it's possible Uni 6 Gokû (if there is one) was never sent to Earth and that the Red Ribbon Army destroyed Earth. Maybe Uni 6 Freeza is a nice guy and so never invaded Planet Vegeta in the first place. Maybe Freeza's empire is a force for good (like some big volunteer aid organization) instead so they left the saiyans alone.

I dunno, just throwing ideas out there.

I think no honestly. i think the only reason Beerus/Champa and Whis/Vados are related is because they're legitimate gods.

I don't think our Universe has the same people as Universe 7. I think of it (until proven wrong) that millions or billions of years ago this all started, both Universes were identical but they grew different. Maybe the other Earth never had humans and dinosaurs people were the one that kill themselves in the silly war. Planet Vegeta might have been destroyed by Champa or the God that was there before him.

So I don't think the Universes are that identical for to exist the possibility of the same characters to repeat themselves.

I don't see us getting alternate versions of characters, but I can totally see there being some of the same races, like maybe Namekians.

The idea of having U6 counterparts of U7 characters is bad and good at the same time, in my opinion.

It certainly would be interesting to see an "Evil Goku", "woman Vegeta", or whatever alternatives you have in mind. A nice play on characteristics and visuals. But at the same it seems lazy writing to me.

I know they're tropes, but I still would enjoy getting to see Evil!Gokû/Kakarrotto along with Female!Vegeta. I was also thinking of Male!Chi-Chi to counterbalance Female!Vegeta, but with Earth being devoid of life in Uni 6, getting to see him, or Tall!Krillin, Buff!Yajirobe, Cat!KingFurry, or Purple-hair!Bulma has been quashed.

They should recreate Pikkon and have him fight Piccolo. =D

I expect the fighters to either be wacky or parallel versions of the 5 fighters chosen from universe 7. Whoever they are, I'm sure they will play a pivotal role in the Super Dragon Ball arc.
