I don't think Kikuchi has anything akin to bombastic in his score to DB. Maybe because to actually get the feeling of bombastic, you need a full orchestra, and as far as I know, Kikuchi didn't use a full orchestra for dragon ball, it doesn't even use french horns, and there's not such a big number of instruments to get the bombastic effect. (That doesn't mean he doesn't powerful pieces mind you, it just means that, he mostly didn't make any bombastic music, that's that).
But there are some pieces that almost reach this level, like the track that played when Goku first became a super saiyan. And the choir that played when Krillin was impaled by Freeza.
As for bombastic music in Dragon ball.

I don't know the name of the song, but my favorite is the one that plays when Freeza gets Goku from behind in a bear hug, but Goku elbows him several times then punches him away. It's also played on the Dragon Boxes.
The biggest truths aren't original. The truth is ketchup. It's Jim Belushi. Its job isn't to blow our minds. It's to be within reach.

M1002 is always a piece that comes to mind when I think grand, sweeping Dragon Ball music. The entirety of the score for the third Dragon Ball Z film is like that, but M1002 has that real sense of dread to it.
