Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

In episode 16 galaxies were shown
And now we are shown 5 more in episode 17
then this confirms the theory that terms like galaxy north, south, east and west were just names for the 4 cardinal points. not literally galaxies. while researching, I found this interesting video comparing Dragon Ball universe with ours. (quite plausible.)

Illustrate the illusion of those distant dots being stars.

This debate will never really stop until there will be a statement in the series that will actually confirm it.
About the topic, the last one looks like a nebula to me though and you forgot to add the galaxie that was shown in epiosde 1 and episode 14.

For the record, people like to use Jaco to claim their Milky Way is smaller than ours. It's not.
They say our Milky Way has 400 billion stars, but that is a MAXIMUM ESTIMATE. The minimum estimate is only 100 billion stars. Clearly, Toriyama was trying to compromise between the two extremes with 200 billion.
