I read somewhere that Toriyama reused a certain panel of Kami´s Lookout but forgot to erase Goku and God from said panel in its reuses. Can someone point to me from which thread was that ?

That was this thread. Page 2. Specifically this post:

Toriyama reuses this panel (top panel) a lot from the first time Goku was on Kami's lookout:
