There's a Canadian English version? lol. What's that all aboot?

My favorite is Japanese. Italian is very close.
"Dragon Ball once became a thing of the past to me, but after that, I got angry about the live action movie, re-wrote an entire movie script, and now I'm complaining about the quality of the new TV anime. It seems Dragon Ball has grown on me so much that I can't leave it alone." - Akira Toriyama on Dragon Ball Super

Yeah, the italian is very faithful to the Japanese lyrics

The original three anime shows all received alternate English dubs with Canada-based casts, and that's the opening for the Canadian ("Blue Water") dub of GT. It's very shortened from the original version though, and the lyrics aren't even close to accurate. To its credit though, it does use the original instrumental track, whereas FUNimation made new one that, while not bad, doesn't sound quite as good.
A "rather haggard" translation of a line from Future Gohan in DBZ, provided to FUNimation by Toei:
"To think of fighting that is this fun...so, it was pleasant fight, as many as, therefore is a feeling which is good the fight where."

I can't watch the video at the moment, but I always thought the German version sung by adult Goku's voice actor, Tommy Morgenstern, (Hand in Hand) was phenomenal. The normal one (Sorae) is alright as well.

Completely agreed! They had that version up for sale on iTunes Germany for a while (not anymore), and I snagged it immediately. I too always thought Morgenstern had a great rock voice (and as it relates to his performance in the anime, I always thought his screams were excellent). He also did a cover of Movie 13's ending theme that I thought was great.

Actually, the Italian one is not Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku. It's a whole different song, but I don't know why this dude added it in the video

EDIT: I'm talking about the one at 2:36, the other one is a fandub.

Polish is also a fandub.
I see no point in adding fandubs that don't even pretend to be good.

I've always liked the German version the most of the international versions of Dan Dan. The singer's voice is great.

Some of the official versions don't even pretend to be good either lol.

I like Viz American version, good decision to rearrange the background slighty, fit very well with singer voice and was just all around well done. Japanese is classic obviously.

This should help you get past the country restrictions. The downside is that you can't download videos with this special proxy.
