According to your data (which appears to use kanzenshuu as its source), GT's highest rated episode was 19.6%. During this same time, the highest rated anime in Japan (Chibi Maruko Chan) averaged ratings of 39.9%.

Currently, the highest rated animated show in japan is (Sazae-san) is at the top with 14.2%.

Two takeaways from this:

1) DBGT was no where close in ratings to the highest rated anime show during its highest rated episode.
2) Traditional TV viewership in Japan is down drastically, to a point where comparing the data sets is meaningless. You'd need to look at VCR recording rates, comment video site ratings (FC2, Himawari, etc.) to get any accurate data on anime popularity in Japan.

I don't like your assumption because it will not proof anything. In the end GT has proven its famous and bring fortune for toei too for almost 2 decade unlike super. So GT is much better .super has not proven anything yet . Though i don't care anymore.

In super. They're stark different than the movie. They change super saiyan and even goku also become super saiyan for the ritual. in bog they never need to. They do in base.

By episode 19, GT was utter shit. Nothing good happened except trying to rehash old DB humor but failing at it.
I remember being SO.FUCKING.BORED when watching it that I stopped until I knew things were getting better (Just because when it aired in Italy we already knew the general plot and that SSJ4 was a fact).
While Super, even if I'm not used to Japanese dub and is retelling stories I already know, is already 100 times better. And we still don't even know how Super is going to turn out. I bet all of you who defend GT saw it AFTER it aired in Japan, so as me, knew it was eventually going to get better as no one likes the search for DBs part. No fucking one. I would like to know how someone who viewed episode by episode, week by week when it first aired what did he think of it.

Surely Super is still not perfect, but DBZ wasn't too. And before judging all of Super, we still have to see how it ends.
As of now, BoG retelling was good for me. I just don't like new art and colors, and sometimes art doesn't feel like DBZ at all to me.
I would surely prefer if art and color were more like DBZ, but new shiny graphics look good and when drawn good, Super surely looks awesome.

I really hope Toei will fix bad animation when releasing Blue-Rays and I hope that when dubbed in other languages, we will see improved animation.

Your data doesn't even present any dragonball to get my interest. It's of hall of fame ranking since 1977 data though why must i care about it. I don't even know how far this is updated let alone verifying the source.

These are things both shows have in common yet the responses from fans are the polar opposite :

Gt has a different art style : "It sucks because it doesn't look like Z".
Super has a different art style : "it's the way animation is today so it's acceptable"

Gt has slow fights : "It sucks because the fights aren't as fast paced as Z's"
Super has slow fights : "It's a weekly series so it's to be expected"

Gt doesn't utilizing the other characters : "it sucks because it's only about Goku"
Super doesn't utilize the other characters : "Oh well I'll enjoy it regardless"

Gt starts out with a lighthearted/gag tone : "It sucks because it's going back to the early days of DB"
Super starts out with a lighthearted/gag tone : It makes sense for it to go back to it's roots"

Gt rehashes plot points : "They ran out of ideas"
Super rehashes entire stories : "not everyone got to see them so it makes sense"

How do you think the responses would be if Toriyama wrote Gt instead of Super ?

Oh my gosh, I absolutely despise this. This is pretty much straw man to the nth degree and does nothing to actually attempt to understand why people like or dislike something. The general consensus of people who enjoy Dragon Ball Super in Kanzenshuu has been that it has it's faults, but it's still relatively enjoyable.

That is simply not true. DBZ was all Toei and people loved that, people loved for example the driving filler episode or the old movies are still loved, GT is hated 'cuz well it is just bad very bad.
