That doesn't sound like Kikuchi's work for Dragon Ball, but apparently this is an instrumental, so there must be one with lyrics, like one of those insert songs.
There actually is a search DB music thread in this sub-forum, it's right above this thread, so go check it out.

Not necessarily.
I don't know if like DBZ, DB got an american music version ? But if it is the case, it's possible that music comes from there.

The cue in question is a piece of stock music called "Boogaloo", by Sammy Burdson and Jean-Claude Madonne.
The instrumental (which is what you hear in DragonBall) is
here
And
here it is with lyrics
And I thiiiink I'd better update my site with that info.
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.

That was quick!
Anyways the answer to your question @Kikuchi>Mozart is, that the track is found in episode 14, when Goku walks in on Kame-sennin watching women exercising on tv.
That video you originally posted made me think it was found in an episode where he's dressed as Jackie Chun.

Thank you for your work on BGM, and thank you for the link, i had already tried "boogaloo" on google but could not find this song without the name of artists

i was convinced that this music was broadcast when Kame Sennin is perverse in front of his TV

Thank you, now i know, episode 14 when Goku arrive in Kame House.
The vidéo i posted is just a remix with this song. Images are coming from episode 24 (first world tournament)
