Regardless of what timeframe Piccolo may suggest in an upcoming episode, the time skip this episode is actually stated to concretely be 4 months for Super thanks to narration via subtitle as Jaco arrives.

So far I like the corrections they made, with Shenron granting 3 wishes, the removal of the 1.3 million PL line, Goku's and Vegeta' headbutt being more believable, and properly addressing the 4 month timeskip. Tagoma being left alive I think is a good thing too, kinda hated that he was marketed THAT heavily only to be killed off that quickly, plus more Kazuya Nakai is always a good thing
