If vegeta ( who could blow cells arm off with his final flash and had been training in the time chamber since then making him abit stronger ) and trunks who was close to vegeta in most respects had fired their most powerful attacks at cells lower half whilst it lay unguarded on the ground would it have been enough energy to destroy cell then and there ?

Thats what I thought but for the sake of arguement ,if Vegeta and Trunks had been expecting Goku's attack and they had started charging their attacks just beforehand ,could their three most powerful attacks have destroyed cell by combining ?

They would have had to destroys Cell's nucleus. So blowing up the bottom half of him might not have been that effective, because as long as there was apart of him scatterd about any where, he would have came back.

Would Vegeta and trunks have been able to defeat a cell junior each if Gohan had not taken over ?Also if Goku had been fresh could he have defeated a cell junior ?
